Career Service Support Manager  (posted 12/14/2006)

The Education and Training Program is looking for a Career Service Support Manager who is willing to work a varied scheduled.  Duties include but are not limited to: serve as health benefits and Earn benefit facilitator, collect and coordinate all information related to earn benefits and health benefits, submit reports, assist in completing forms, maintain supplies, serve as liaison to outside agencies and other duties as assigned by supervisor.  A Baccalaureate degree and 1 year related experience or an Associate degree and two years experience in a managerial setting is required.  Communication and customer service skills as well as knowledge in software are essential.  Bilingual is  must.

MSW Team Leader  (updated 3/28/2007)
The Caring for Family Life Program is looking for an experienced Social Worker with a Masters of Social Work or equivalent in related field to work as a leader in a cooperative team composed of holistic practitioners, caseworkers and psychotherapists providing relationship-based assistance to families. The Team Leader will provide direction and support to 2 caseworkers working with 15 families each.

The Caring for Family Life Program is looking for a bilingual (English and Spanish), experienced Social Worker to work as a family counselor on a cooperative team composed of holistic practitioners, caseworkers and psychotherapists providing relationship-based assistance to families. The Family Coordinator will provide individual/family/group counseling weekly to 15 families.

Americorps*VISTA Volunteer Position  (posted 6/4/2007)

Americorps*VISTA program is recruiting 12 volunteers to work in Highbridge Community Life Center in the Bronx.  VISTA volunteers receive a stipend and valuable work experience.
Highbridge Community Life Center is a multi-service agency service in the South Bronx.  Our primary mission is to serve and strengthen Highbridge residents. 
VISTA members assigned to the Life Center will build the capacity of this organization by working with youth in foster care and those aging out of foster care.
