The innovative programs and services at Highbridge Community Life Center are made possible through the generous support of public, foundation, corporate and individual donors.
Government funds account for 50% of HCLC's budget.  These are most often contracts with New York State and New York City.
Private funds are derived from several sources. They include private program contracts, foundation and corporate grants, individual donations and various fee/income for use.
Fees and income are derived from the use of the Empowerment facility in Goshen, New York, the West Bronx Recreation Center and Fiscal Conduit fees.
